On behalf of Dream Limousine Services, I would like to thank you for choosing our company. I am well aware of the number of alternative choices you could have made, but you have chosen High End. As such, I feel personally responsible that our services will always exceed your expectations. While a chauffeured ride may be routine for you, to us it is anything but routine.

What makes Dream Limousine Services stand above our peers is the simple fact we care! Your comfort and safety are our #1 priority. Our chauffeurs are the best in the industry. We pride ourselves in only hiring the best people to service your transportation needs. All of our driver have a thorough background check, Customer Services Testing, and mandatory and random drug testing. Not only do our drivers have a standard Class IV licenses, they are put through a mandetory 14 day Limo Host Course to obtain a chaufeurs license. And further more, we put them through our own Dream LImo University course to go above and beyond the standard skills of being a chaufer.

In this program we give them written tests, road tests, behind the wheel defensive driving tests and area tours to familiarize them with the locations of landmarks, hotels and our clientele. They do not go out on the road unless they meet all of Dream Limousines Red Carpet Service Standards. Not only do we ensure that your chauffeur is the best, all of our vehicles are impeccably maintained, and subjected to rigorous maintenance standards. Your safety is our #1 priority.

Your Rights as our Guest:

  • To be greeted in a professional, courteous manner.
  • To be driven by a professionally trained chauffeur
  • To be assisted with baggage.
  • To have destination confirmed and preferred route offered.
  • To be provided with all available amenities.
  • To be given an estimated time of arrival.
  • To have the climate adjusted to your liking.
  • To be in a clean, safe, well appointed vehicle.

In order to help us maintain the highest level of service, I invite and encourage you to contact HE to voice your opinion, register your complaint, or to extend a compliment about our chauffeurs or the service in general. You can speak to members of our Customer Care Department by calling 604-572-8000.
